Well-equipped kitchen includes refrigerator with water filter & icemaker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer & dryer, (below the house), Ceiling fans, High-speed wireless internet, 55" HD TV, 3 additional HD TVs, Hulu and Roku, 4 Blu-ray players, Large open living room with seating for 10. High chair, Pack 'N Play crib, Books, Beach chairs, Boogie boards and sand toys are available. Gas and charcoal grill. Great location on the island just outside downtown Emerald Isle and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the town playground. Views from one of the highest lots on the beach. The covered deck provides protection from the sun/rain and includes a picnic table for outdoor dining. A second picnic table, chairs and shower are located on a lower deck area reached by a private walkway. Weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING, DOGS ALLOWED (2 dog maximum).

We loved this house - how it was built into the dune. Also, nothing glitzy, but oh so comfortable. The beach was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the family artifacts around the house - felt personal and homey. Thank you!

Coastal Comfort far surpassed anything we could have imagined. This property has it all! Beautiful, well maintained furnishings and a kitchen with everything you could ever need. The deck on this property provided excellent comfort, as well as easy access to the beach! There are not enough words to say how blessed we were to stay in this home.

Enjoyed 2 nice days on the beach before we had to evacuate. House is cozy and comfortable. The deck is great with a wonderful view! Hope all is well after Florence.

We had a great stay at Coastal Comfort. My family really enjoyed it. The deck was in great shape, and the kitchen is top notch. We had stayed there before with my brother's family. This is the first time we stayed by ourselves. My brother and his family are there this week. We definitely hope to come back!
