I once again enjoyed spending time at the Blue Pelican. I look forward to it every year. The new floors are beautiful !!! Figuring out how to use the Roku tv was a little tricky but Sun Surf was very helpful. I look forward to many more vacations there.

Nicely decorated, light and bright, very comfortable main living room furniture, kitchen well equipped. Great TV in living area. This was the third time renting the Blue Pelican in over 25 years vacationing in Emerald Isle. Good property for the value and appreciate the discounts available! Great location for easy beach access. A nice addition would be an overhang for a covered deck facing the ocean.

We loved staying at the Blue Pelican. It was the perfect size for our family and the location was great with ocean and sound views and the boardwalk right across the street. House was well furnished and nicely decorated. We hope to be back!

This was our second time staying at the Blue Pelican and we loved it just as much (if not more!), this time! The house is very comfortable and has all the things we want - like an outdoor shower, plenty of parking, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. The color scheme is my favorite, though... as soon as you walk through the doors, you can't help from smiling. The bright beachy colors along with the massive windows letting in sunlight and oceanviews just lift your spirits instantaneously! It's also very nice that there was a service provided that brought the trash/recycle bins to and from the road on the collection days - very much above and beyond expectations!

The Blue Pelican is a very comfortable beach house. Even though it is second row, you still have a beautiful view of the ocean from the front deck and a great view of the sound from the rear deck. This was our 11th trip to EI and our 8th time staying in this house. It has become our home away from home every time we visit!

Tastefully furnished and very attractive - comfortable as well as pretty - we really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen had more cookware and appliances than any other place we've every stayed.... thank you!

We LOVED this house. The furniture was so nice and comfortable for once. Often folks furnish with old furniture or futons that are not comfortable. I loved the chairs and the rocker. The kitchen had everything I needed. The view was perfect and the landscaping was beautiful.
