Save room when packing because linens are provided with beds made prior to your arrival. This property provides central air & heat, a hot & cold outside shower, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, and coffee makers. Wireless high-speed internet and 4 Roku TVs with cable are provided. There is a dog run and a roomy gated deck making it ideal for your 4-legged fur baby. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom. Furnished open and covered front and rear decks. There is a ground level outdoor living area that is covered with seating including a dining table and a TV. You will also find a bar, park grill, corn hole boards and hammocks on the ground level. This property is beautifully landscaped. Rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday, NO SMOKING, DOGS ALLOWED (2 dog maximum)!

Coastal cottage vibe and still felt so spacious. Deck and dog run area are in beautiful condition. Furnishings are comfortable and kitchen well appropriated.

All staff members we encountered were professional & courteous. We have stayed at Content before. The owners are always there keeping up on the maintenance of their rental property. They have taken many steps to ensure their renters are comfortable. It is by far the best rental property we have ever stayed in. As a former owner of a rental property, we really appreciate all the time they invest in the care of their home. This house is spotlessly clean. That is extremely important to us, especially in this time of Covid-19. Please thank the owners for us.

I loved that I could take my dog out without a leash because of the gate on the boardwalk and the fenced in area. I love the changes made under the house. This was our second year in this house and we will rent it again!

Content was probably the best pet friendly home we have rented. The owners really did a beautiful job with this home. From the enclosed dog safe play area below the house, to the high quality deck railing on the entire home. They spared no expense when renovating this home. The decor inside was very tastefully done. The towels were luxurious! Don't ever change linen service! I wouldn't change a thing, except maybe equip the kitchen with more cookware. Other than that, Content had everything we look for when renting a vacation home. Everything was in perfect working order. The enclosed outside shower was great. We loved this home. It was perfect for my husband and myself and our 2 little pups. They love coming to Emerald Isle every summer and roaming the beach ALL day. We usually make two trips! Love it, love it, love it!!! Thank you.

This is an excellent property for dog owners. We really liked that there was a fenced area accessible for a dog off the porch facing the street. We've vacationed at Emerald Isle for 20 years, and this is the first year we brought a dog.
