It is just a short walk to the community beach access, and community sound side access, and is situated right by the pool. The garage has been converted to a game room with a game system, ping pong table, small refrigerator and more! Bedroom 1 is also on the ground floor with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Outside you will find a small patio with seating, gas grill and an enclosed hot and cold outside shower. The first floor features an open and airy main living space. A balcony facing the pool and a balcony on the ocean side, both with seating. Living room with a smart TV, Fully-stocked kitchen. Half bath just off the dining area.
