Just a short walk to the beach and located just off the Emerald Isle bike path where you can enjoy a morning walk, jog or bike ride. Parking 3 cars or 2 SUVs. The driveway is shared with the south side of the duplex. Central air & heat, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, wireless internet, charcoal park grill. There is additional street parking on the side yard. 3-znight minimum. NO SMOKING, NO PETS!
