"Liquid Sunshine" is located in popular Seaside Villas. This poolside 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath  townhome is perfect for your next family vacation, or a friends' getaway. The ground-level patio leads right out to the community pool. Just across the parking lot is a small playground for the kids. A quick walk down the street and you'll also have sound-side access. The kitchen and dining areas feature plenty of seating and lots of room to cook and serve your favorite meals. The back patio offers seating and a charcoal grill. The living area features a smart TV. The second level has Bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 3 features a covered porch overlooking the pool. The top floor of "Liquid Sunshine" features the entire master suite (Bedroom 1) and another porch overlooking the pool. Additional amenities include: Central air & heat, dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, linens provided with beds made. ONLY 2 CARS ALLOWED and parking is first come first serve. 3-Night minimum.
