The west side of this beachy duplex with a shared pool and private hot tub is a welcoming space for family and friends to gather or make new friends. Each level of the duplex has a deck for enjoying time outside, including a hot tub on the ground level. The main living area is on the third floor maximizing your ocean and sound views!

Bedroom 1: King, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: Bunk (Double/Twin). First Floor has the main entrance to the house via, keyless entry with a code. Game room with foosball table, full-size refrigerator, and queen sleeper sofa. All three bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. Oceanview decks for enjoying a morning sunrise or a quiet moment with your favorite beach read. 

The pool area is shared by both sides of the duplex. A perfect chance to make new friends or enjoy it all if you rent both sides! 2-Night minimum in off-season, 7-night minimum in prime season. NO SMOKING, 2 SMALL DOGS UNDER 50 LBS (PER DOG) ARE ALLOWED.
