This home features a reverse floor plan to maximize ocean views. The expansive main living area is on the top floor of the home with bedrooms on the ground level and second floor. The bottom floor features an additional full refrigerator and game room with a sleeper sofa and a foosball table.
First Floor Features: Full refrigerator, pool door entrance, flat screen smart TV, additional seating, Bedroom 1 w/ king bed and ensuite bathroom. The door to the bedroom and bonus/game room can be closed for privacy.
